Black & White Gingham Oxford Shirt | Kelly Green Mini

I knew this shirt was going to be on constant repeat the moment I tried it on. I’ve worn it a lot. A LOT. It sort of goes with everything and is thin enough that it layers well. So, in other words it is magic. I need more magical pieces in my wardrobe. Don’t you? I’m a big mixer and matcher, so it’s going to be seen a few more times. You have been warned. Here is how I last styled it on the blog.

Where did I wear this? This was another work look. (FYI – Now that it is dark all the time we have to shoot my outfits on the weekends, but I promise I really did wear this to work. For reals.)

  1. Great look – I always think of gingham as a country/Mary Ann kind of thing, but you are making me re-think that, this is gingham with attitude.

    • Thank you so much. You know, when I bought it last year I wasn’t sure I was going to be able to get much wear out of it, but I have proven myself wrong. Yay! Thank you for stopping by. 🙂

  2. First, great color combination. I love it! Second, love that the shirt can be layered. My black and white gingham is the same way. And THIRD, we are now twins. My hair got cut a bit too short this week and we have the same cut!! 🙂

Thanks for linking up at Whatcha Wearing Wednesday!

  3. thank you for this blog! I just found it and being similar age and living in Michigan it’s nice to see someone who has to dress for 16 degree days in November! I really appreciate the outdoors photos since I know how cold it is while you’re taking them. Also, looked through the archives and really am happy you’re in the photos now showing off the outfits.
